After this morning struggle to complete my assignment to meet the dateline.....I really understand the true meaning of `BURN OUT'.......
I came across the term `Burn Out' in this semester HRM lecture. At first I kind of wonder what it really mean, that my lecturer keep on emphasize the issue of Burn Out in work place, which will affect a staff's performance and prevent the achievement of its strategic HRM objective.
How I understand....`Burn Out' is like an kerosene lamp run out of fuel.....which can light no more.....and this was what I experiencing at this point in time, when I am writing this blog....my mind is empty.....can think no more.....
I think what I need now will be a good shower...throw myself onto the bed and have a good ZZZZzzzzzz.....Ya that is...nothing else that I need........
Please don't ask me how many subject will I be taking next semester.......I yet to decide.....cause I really don't like the feeling of being `BURN OUT'.......Perhap, I should take a BREAK ......shouldn't I?
