Presentation

The subject `Firms, Institution and Competition' required us to make a research on a firm and make a presentation to the class on the information we gathered.

I chose IJM as my research target and spent weeks searching through the internet for information related to IJM. I gathered all the necessary information, put them in power point slides, here I am, ready for the presentation.

Yap, yesterday was the D-day. I were number 9 to present. I thought I would be alright to present my topic after so many classmates had been presented their topics. But, the situation proved that I was totally wrong. Number 1 or numer 9 to present made no different to me. I was still that nervous, especially there were a few before me that put up a very good slide show with all the animation to attract the audiences' attention. I felt much in stress, mu slides were so plain.

Ooo it my turn now, my mind went blank, what I intended to say for the presentation was missing from my head. I actually prepared a draft, but when I was on the stage, the draft didn't help as well. I hardly know which lines on the draft corresponded to which slide I put up. After much suffering, my presentation was finally to an end.....

What a good experience...but I was telling to myself, never mind, you can do better next time.I sure hope I can....
